Local 1412

Guards and Security Local 1412 proudly represents the dedicated professionals who serve in security, fire, and EMS roles across New Jersey. Our members are the front line of safety and support at critical public sites, including the NJSEA properties such as the rail station and Meadowlands Sports Complex. We provide security for major venues like MetLife Stadium, New Meadowlands Racetrack, and Meadowlands Arena, as well as convention centers in Wildwood and Atlantic City, including Boardwalk Hall. Our union also represents the supervisors of the Public Works Department in Belleville, NJ, and the administrative secretaries working for the Township of Belleville. Through collective action and unity, we ensure fair representation and safe working conditions for all our members. We are a proud Local Union of the Laborers’ International Union of North America
