The New Jersey Laborers training funds are a pair
of partnerships between the Laborers International Union of North
America and its signatory contractors. Through its three training
centers, its fleet of mobile training units, and numerous satellite
training centers, the Laborers Union provides high quality training
to thousands of members each year. A well-trained workforce is
the backbone of both the construction industry and our state.

Portable abrasive grinding, cutting, polishing, and wire buffing wheels should always be inspected closely before usage.
Try the "ring test" in which the wheel is tapped gently with a light, non-metallic instrument.
A stable and undamaged wheel when tapped will give a clear metallic tone or "ring."
