How Your Dues Help:

• NJLPAC helps to register union members and their families.

• NJLPAC analyzes the voting records of public officials and helps educate union members on the issues so they can be informed voters.

• NJLPAC endorses candidates on the basis of their voting records and/or their programs - not on the basis of their party affiliation.

• NJLPAC contributes to endorsed candidates for state and local office from funds voluntarily contributed.

• NJLPAC urges every union member and voting-age member of his or her family to vote.

• NJLPAC's supports the political volunteers who make a difference empowering union members and their families. NJLPAC sponsors telephone outreach programs, canvassing neighborhoods to support issues, and getting out the vote on Election Day.

• In addition, NJLPAC involves itself in many local community projects helping to bring about a better quality of life where our members live and work.
