LIUNA's strength in organizing rests in the skills and talents of members who actively participate in organizing campaigns through an innovative program known as VOICE-Volunteer Organizers In Community Empowerment. As Volunteer Organizers, members receive hands-on experience and training while they share their union experience with non-union workers in house calls, site visits and worker meetings.
